MX-Tech Fork and Shock rebuilding. $129 forks, $109.00 shocks Labor, plus oil and parts
The most important service we offer. Our rebuild is complete, thorough and the base point for all our service offerings. Before work has started everything is given an Ultra Sonic wash, then completely disassembled and cleaned, inspected and measured for wear. All fork tubes and shock shafts are polished on our lathe with a three step process. Minor imperfections and burns are removed, and your forks move with reduced friction and seal life is prolonged. All shocks are bled on our European vacuum system. This method ensures repeatability, with air free, consistent builds every time.
You'll notice improved performance and less fade. As an incentive for maximizing your suspension investment, MX-Tech always updates suspension that has been previously valved by us to our latest specifications. As technology advances, you can continue to take advantage of our research. You will not find a more thorough rebuild anywhere.

MX-TECH Huck Valve: $250 (Plus service or revalve) (Often requires fork springs and spacer kit $109 and $35)
Our highest tech system. The MXT SSBCV (speed sensitive bottoming control valve) is a unique component that sites in the axle lug, and utilizes a shim and piston design that allows your fork to be plush and firm at the same time. The Huck Valve manages both low-speed bottoms and high speed bottoming situations smoothly without locking out or allowing the fork to go metal to metal. Yes, its complex. Yes, it is hard to visualize. But, it’s easy to appreciate when you ride your motorcycle. And no other system works as well. The Huck Valve when compared to other bottoming management systems, is like comparing a Commodore 64 personal computer to a I-Mac.. It's 30 years ahead of the other options.
MX-TECH Lowering Services. (Price Varies)
At MX-TECH we use Nylon spacers. This guarantees smooth action and performance with no long-term issues with wear. All MX-TECH lowering services are fully reversible. Commonly used for the vertically challenged, Supermoto, and DTX. While revalving is possible for bike lowering, we prefer not to lower and revalve suspension at the same time.
We recommend lowering and chassis adjustments separate from performance work, unless you're getting your bike set-up for DTX or supermoto.
- Complete rebuild.
DLC Fork and shock shaft Coating. $500
DLC is the best fork coating available for your bike. It makes the fork surface very hard and reduces friction. This improves performance, and increases longevity. Especially good with SKF seals.
